Sales Chump was created by a group of top producers at a multi-million dollar company. Our small group of writers on Sales Chump account for over 30 years of experience selling. We didn’t become top performers by playing tricks and doing gimmicks on clients. We did it by building rapport with customers.
When you ask a person: What is the first word that comes to mind when they think of a sales person? I would bet that 90% of the results would be a negative connotation. It doesn’t need to be this way and we hope to help change this view of sales people by sharing what we have learned to help not only increase your sales but turn the negative perception into a positive one.
We know this won’t be an easy or quick process but if you’re willing to take what we have to say and put it in to practice, we’re willing to share our outlook and also take reader opinions and questions. We look forward to doing weekly Q & A so to speak with readers who may be struggling with a particular client. We also will be posting success stories for ourselves and readers on the site as well.
