We here at Sales Chump wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a happy new year.  Let’s make sure we are all taking steps to make 2009 an even more successful year than 2008.  There are a few things we can do to get started:

• Set goals
• Better prospecting
• Organization

That is just some things we can do to get started to set us up for 2009.  We look forward to bringing you many more tips and want to help you as much as we can.  You can help us help you by sending us emails letting us know issues you’re having with prospects and our staff will get together and discuss solutions.

We here at Sales Chump would like to welcome “Garibaldi of Gab” to the site.  He is also a top performer and leader at his current employer and is known for “gabbing” up potential customers to where they can’t do anything but like him.

He brings a plethora of knowledge on sales and how to open conversations and figure out what is important to the customer.  We look forward to reading his articles and blogs in the future.

That’s right!  You can now post jobs on Sales Chump at no cost.  The free job postings might not last long so make sure you get your free job postings in as soon as possible before they turn into paid postings.

Job postings are for sales jobs only.  Only sales positions will be accepted, whether it be a direct job selling or something clerical or administrative in a sales environment.  Sales Chump reserves the right to determine if a job falls under a “sales environment”.

There are a few categories to choose from:

• Salary/Hourly - These are sales jobs which are salary/hourly only.
• Commission - These are sales jobs which are commission only.
• Salary/Hourly + Commission - These are sales jobs which have a base salary/hourly and commission.
• Admin/Clerical/Support - These are jobs that are administrative/clerical/support in a sales environment.

You can view the jobs by clicking the Jobs navigation link above or clicking the categories on the right sidebar displayed on every page.

You will notice random job ads in the bottom of every article and blog post on this site.  This is an added plus for you at no extra cost.  As of now, job ads are free but that is subject to change.

All job listings are reviewed by the staff here at Sales Chump and will show on the job listings once approved.  Job ads will remain active for 30 days from the date and time they are approved.  You will receive an email once the listing has been approved.
